Yes. TimeDivers lets you embed timelines on websites using an embed code. Depending on your plan, embedded timelines can be shown with TimeDivers branding or with reduced branding. Premium and Pro users can also customize the appearance of their timelines, including colors and, for embeds, a custom logo.

Yes. TimeDivers timelines are designed to be viewed on desktop, tablet and mobile. Timelines can be explored in a visual horizontal view and also in a vertical reading view, which is especially useful on smaller screens.

TimeDivers supports different visibility options depending on your plan. Free timelines are public. Paid plans can use public, unlisted and private timelines. Public timelines may be visible to other users, shared on social media or embedded on websites. Unlisted timelines can be accessed by direct link. Private timelines are only available to their owner.

Yes. Premium and Pro users can customize many visual aspects of their timelines, including colors, backgrounds, event styles, modal windows and embed appearance. Paid users can also use a custom logo in embedded timelines.

Yes. TimeDivers can import events from CSV files, as long as the file follows the supported structure and the imported content fits within the limits of your plan.

Yes. TimeDivers supports several export options depending on your plan. Free users can export with TimeDivers branding. Premium and Pro users have access to unbranded exports and additional export formats.

The Free plan lets you try TimeDivers and create public timelines with lower limits. It is a good way to start using the tool and see whether it fits your needs before upgrading.

Yes. You can start with the Free plan and upgrade to Premium or Pro whenever you need more capacity, privacy options, advanced exports, unbranded output or additional features.

You will not lose your timelines, but you will not be able to exceed the limits of your current plan. To keep creating, importing or expanding your content, you will need to upgrade your plan or reduce your usage.

Premium is designed for users who need more capacity, privacy options, customization and unbranded exports. Pro is designed for larger projects, with higher limits, advanced import/export options and priority support.

Yes. Paid plans are subscription-based and renew automatically according to the billing period you choose, unless you cancel the subscription before the next renewal date.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account. Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.

Your account will not be deleted when you cancel your subscription. When the paid period ends, your account will return to the limits and features available for your current plan. If your timelines exceed those limits after a downgrade, they will not be deleted, but editing, creating and importing may be restricted until you upgrade again or reduce your usage.

Yes. You can access your orders and available invoices from your account, in the Billing section.

Yes. Annual Premium and Pro plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee for first purchases and upgrades. If TimeDivers is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will refund your purchase.

The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals, unless required by applicable consumer law.

If you believe you made a payment by mistake, were charged twice or selected the wrong plan, contact us as soon as possible from your account or at support@timedivers.net.

If the charge is duplicated or clearly incorrect, we will review the case and refund the corresponding payment using the original payment method whenever possible.
